About Laura

I’m Laura Mildon, and I began my love affair with SCUBA way too many years ago to want to admit. On the other hand, it’s pretty stinking cool that I discovered the joys of the underwater world back in the ’80s thanks to one of my very dearest friends who lit the fuse and got me going.

I own a clinic in Houston where we do really wonderfully cool things. If a physical therapist, a medical doctor, an orthopedic surgeon and a massage therapist had a baby, that would be what TRACE | Body Rejuvenation is.

I’m honored to rehabilitate critically injured police officers who have been shot in the line of duty. I take great pleasure in helping people with debilitating injuries heal faster than through physical therapy alone. I love what I do, and my passion shows in all that I do.

I’m basically in love with the human body and the conditions it experiences. I’m forever researching how we will do things differently at TRACE, and that includes incorporating new technologies and techniques to alleviate pain, help with “bio-hacking” where we use peptides and dive medicine therapies to physically reverse biological age at the cellular level, and non-surgical, non-chemical aesthetic treatments to restore a more youthful appearance.

My mission is just to make a difference in people’s lives. I do that on the daily, but my bigger question is how I can incorporate my love of SCUBA diving to help impact the lives of others. That’s where you come in. I want to show you how diving is great for your body, how to prevent injury, recover from injury, how diving helps women of all ages. So who’s ready to get wet with me?
